STOYAN STOYANOV,
Founder of the Eurosped Group

Stoyan Pantaleev Stojanov is the founder of Eurosped AD – the country’s first freight forwarding and logistics company after the great political change in 1989. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Eurosped Group. Born in Reselets near Cherven Bryag in the Pleven region, he graduated from the University of National and World Economics with Masters degrees in Labor Economics and Transport Economics.

He began his career with the State Forwarding Agency in the Office for International Rail Transport. Five years later he was appointed to the Komet subsidiary in Germany. Three years later he was sent to Vienna, where he founded a subsidiary of the state-owned company. . In 1989 he returned to Bulgaria and was appointed deputy director of the state freight forwarding organization. The next year he left the company and founded Eurosped.

Stoyan Pantaleev Stoyanov is one of the founders of the Union of Freight Forwarders in Bulgaria and has twice been named Manager of the Year. He turned 60 in 2016. In the same year the company celebrated its 26th anniversary.

Eurosped is represented in seven main hubs in the country with covered storage and office space of more than 48,000 square meters. In addition, Eurosped works with a network in Europe and in the world of over 500 logistics partners for more than 20,000 customers.

Eurosped was first developed by Stoyanov and since 2002 together with his son and today has more than 200 highly qualified colleagues who can deliver light and heavy as well as conventional shipments of all kinds by land, sea or air. To any destination at home and abroad. This is the real reason why the company has become one of the leading freight forwarding and logistics companies, serving thousands of customers at home and abroad.

IAVOR PANTELEEV,
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Iavor Pantaleev is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Eurosped Group. He manages the sales, warehousing, and 4PL activities.

He completed his secondary education at the National Finance-and-Economics High School in Sofia with a profile in machine processing of information. After that he got a Bachelor’s degree in freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Loerrach (Germany).

During his university education, he worked and served as an intern in a large forwarding company in Switzerland. He obtained a Master’s degree with a major in Management for Organizational Excellence at the School of Management of the New Bulgarian University. Iavor is a member of the Managing Board of the National Association of Bulgarian Forwarders (NSBS) and Co-chairman of the Transport and Logistics Committee of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB).

He believes that the main factor for success is the ability to analyze and manage the information and the processes. He holds to the maxim that a team is motivated with trust, encouragement, training, and personal example.

He believes that for a person to be successful, he must continually learn and acquire new knowledge and skills so that he would be able to create know-how and experiences. He is a regular guest lecturer in schools, universities, and at conferences. Besides his interest in forwarding and logistics, Iavor also has a strong interest in the fields of information technologies and law.

Married with three daughters. In his spare time he loves to travel with his family and to practice extreme sports

NIKOLAY NOCHEV,
Eurosped Manager and Head of Internal Sales at Eurocourier

Nikolay Nochevis the manager of Eurosped EOOD and a member of the board of directors of the Eurosped Group. He is responsible for organizing international transport. He also heads internal sales via Eurocourier.

He was born in the city of Svishtov and graduated from the first English language school in Sofia and later the Law Faculty of Sofia University “Saint Kliment Ohridsky”. He is married and has a daughter. During his studies at the university he met Stoyan Stoyanov, the founder of Eurosped AD, and began to work as an intern in the organization. At that time Eurosped only had an office, a small rented warehouse and a team of 10-12 employees. Nikolay Nochev witnessed the company expand year after year. As the company has grown, he has also grown in it throughout his career. His position evolved from an intern to a freight forwarder, then to a team leader, then to a department head and now he is the head of the international and domestic land transport network.

Nikolay Nochev defines his work at Eurosped as interesting and dynamic. He believes he made the right choice to further develop his career path in it. He is very keen to have good communication with customers and to serve them well, and he does his best to instill the same behavior, thinking, and attitude in all of the staff. He is confident that Bulgaria would be moving in a better direction if everyone thought that way.

He follows many rules in the way he works, but the most important one that he observes is the following: “Don’t let your colleagues do anything you wouldn’t do yourself.” Nikolay Nochev believes that a manager must be able to help himself put in the roles of his co-workers, and if he asks anything of them, he should be reasonable and not ask anything that is impossible, nonsensical, or a lost cause.

DIERK REICHELT,
Managing director of Eurosped GmbH

Dierk Reichelt has been active and well-known in the forwarding world since his training and studies in Mannheim at the beginning of the 1990s. On his way through well-known forwarding companies as well as project logisticians, he has been able to acquire a very extensive repertoire of knowledge and experience in logistics and corporate management, as well as a large network in the international forwarding world and in the shippers. He is therefore in demand as an expert in numerous committees on the traffic areas in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Customers are always happy about alternative transport solutions that can be shown for the corresponding routes. “Not possible does not exist!”
